Information for purchasing the Advent Calendar

You can comfortably receive it at home or purchase your Advent calendar directly at our receptions or online. During the online purchase, you will have the option to choose whether to receive it directly at home or pick it up in person. The shipping cost is €5.

What you will receive: an Advent Calendar where each box will contain one of the specified options, and a cumulative voucher that will detail all the services included, which you will need for use at the hotel.

INFORMATION ON REGULATIONS AND USAGE

- On bridges, holidays, Christmas season, and on days when special rates apply, the payment of the difference compared to the current rate may be requested.
- Usage Regulations: the usage regulations for vouchers remain in effect.
- Validity: the services included in the Advent calendars can be utilized within one year from the purchase date, providing flexibility and convenience.

VOUCHER REGULATIONS AND USAGE GUIDELINES

REGULATIONS

The Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used on the days indicated by the selected option, except during the closure period.
On bridges, holidays, Christmas season, and on days when special rates apply, the payment of the difference compared to the current rate may be requested.
Value Vouchers can be used every day, without limitations.
If the reservation modification or cancellation policies are not adhered to, as indicated in various categories (different for entries, treatments, and stays), the Gift Voucher will be considered used.
The Gift Voucher is non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
The use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility, and for stays during certain periods, a minimum number of nights may be required for booking.
By using the Resort's services, you implicitly accept the internal rules of conduct.

The use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility on the desired date of entry.
Access to the Percorso Acque Neró Spa is restricted to individuals aged 16 and above.
To access the facility, please make a reservation by clicking on the "BOOK POOLS AND SPA" button at the bottom of this page.
The spa kit is included only in services where it is expressly indicated.
At the time of booking, you must communicate your intention to use the Gift Voucher by entering the voucher code in the notes field in the final booking step.
To finalize the booking, a credit card will be required, but only as a guarantee. Payment will be made directly on-site, presenting the Gift Voucher, which will be verified for validity by the reception staff.
You can cancel or modify the entry reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. If these terms are not met or in case of a no-show, the Gift Voucher will be considered used and therefore canceled.

Reservation of Access with Voucher

The use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility on the desired treatment date.
Treatments cannot be administered to individuals under 12 years of age. For individuals aged between 12 and 16, the presence of an adult in the treatment room is mandatory.
Access to the Percorso Acque Neró Spa is restricted to individuals aged 16 and above.
Treatments or day spa packages that include treatments should be booked by sending an email to nerospa@no-spam.termepreistoriche.no-spam.it, specifying the voucher code, the intended voucher usage date, and your contact information. You will be contacted by Neró Spa staff as soon as possible to confirm the dates and times of the treatments.
To finalize the booking, a credit card will be required, but only as a guarantee. Payment will be made directly on-site, presenting the Gift Voucher, which will be verified for validity by the reception staff.
You can cancel or modify treatment or treatment package reservations within 24 hours from the date of booking the service. If these terms are not met or in case of a no-show, the Gift Voucher will be considered used and therefore canceled.

Treatment Reservation with Voucher

The use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility on the desired stay date.
During certain periods, a minimum number of nights may be required, and/or payment of the price difference from the prevailing rate may be necessary if it differs from the voucher value.
To check availability and the possibility of using the Gift Voucher, you must send a request via email to termepreistoriche@no-spam.termepreistoriche.no-spam.it, specifying the voucher code, the intended stay date, and your contact information. The reservations office will respond to your request as soon as possible.
To finalize the booking, a credit card will be required, but only as a guarantee. Payment will be made directly on-site, presenting the Gift Voucher, which will be verified for validity by the reception staff.
For stays booked using the Gift Voucher, it is possible to modify or cancel the stay up to 48 hours before the arrival day (e.g., arrival on 05/07, modification allowed until 12:00 PM on 03/07). If the terms for modifying or canceling the stay reservation are not met, the Gift Voucher will be considered used and therefore canceled.

In the event that Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa breaches the existing contract, it shall be solely responsible for refunding the Gift Voucher.
Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa shall not be obligated to pay any additional losses or compensations resulting from the contract breach.
Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa agrees to provide the services for which the Gift Voucher has been issued in accordance with the description indicated on the website.
