REGULATION & TERMS OF USE

REGULATION

– The Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used on the days indicated in the selected option, excluding closing periods.
– On public holidays, festivities, the Christmas season and days with special rates, an additional fee may be requested to match the current rate.
– Value vouchers can be used every day without limitation.
– If modification or cancellation policies are not respected (different for entrances, treatments or stays), the Gift Voucher will be considered redeemed.
– The Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
– Use of the Gift Voucher is subject to availability. For stays, a minimum number of nights may be required.
– By using the Resort’s services, guests implicitly accept the internal rules of conduct.

– Use of the Gift Voucher depends on availability on the intended date of access.
– Access to the Neró Spa Water Path is restricted to guests 16 and older.
– Swim caps are not mandatory, but long hair must be tied.
– Entry to the facility must be booked using the “BOOK POOLS & SPA” button on this page.
– The spa kit is included only where expressly indicated.
– At the time of booking, guests must inform the staff that they will be using a Gift Voucher and enter the voucher code in the notes field.
– A credit card is required to guarantee the booking; payment will be made on-site upon presenting the valid Gift Voucher.
– Bookings may be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before the booked date. If the above terms are not respected or in case of no-show, the Gift Voucher will be considered redeemed and therefore void.

PRENOTAZIONE INGRESSI CON VOUCHER

– Use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility on the date chosen for the treatment.
– Treatments cannot be performed on guests under 12 years of age. For minors between 12 and 16, the presence of an adult inside the cabin is mandatory.
– Access to the Neró Spa Water Path is restricted to guests aged 16 and above.
– Treatments or day spa packages that include treatments must be booked by writing to nerospa@termepreistoriche.it
, indicating the voucher code, the intended date of use, and your contact details. You will be contacted by the Neró Spa team as soon as possible to confirm the date and time of the treatments.
– A credit card will be required to guarantee the booking. Payment will be made directly at the facility upon presenting the Gift Voucher, which will be validated by the reception staff.
– You may cancel or modify a treatment or treatment-included package up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If these terms are not respected, or in the event of a no-show, the Gift Voucher will be considered redeemed and therefore void.

PRENOTAZIONE TRATTAMENTI CON VOUCHER

– Use of the Gift Voucher is subject to the availability of the facility on the date chosen for the stay.
– In certain periods, a minimum number of nights and/or payment of a rate difference may be required if the voucher value does not match the applicable tariff.
– To verify availability and check the possibility of using the Gift Voucher, please send a request to termepreistoriche@termepreistoriche.it
, indicating the voucher code, the intended date of stay, and your contact details. The reservations office will get back to you as soon as possible.
– A credit card will be required to guarantee the booking. Payment will be made directly at the facility upon presenting the Gift Voucher, which will be validated by the reception staff.
– For stays booked with a Gift Voucher, you may modify or cancel the reservation up to 48 hours before the arrival date (e.g., arrival on 05/07 → modification allowed until 12:00 on 03/07).
If these terms are not respected, or in the event of a no-show, the Gift Voucher will be considered redeemed and therefore void.

We were children once too — and we remember what it feels like to be full of energy, excited to explore the world, and focused only on play.
Precisely because we remember it so well, we know that children need spaces and facilities designed for their safety and freedom.
Unfortunately, our structure does not currently offer areas dedicated to children and families.

For this reason, and to remain true to our mission of offering guests the best wellbeing and relaxation experience during the autumn/winter season, from 01/10/2025 to 31/03/2026 access to the day spa will be reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 and older.

RESPONSIBILITY

– If Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa breaches the existing contract, it will be responsible solely for the refund of the Gift Voucher.
– Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa shall not be held liable for additional losses or compensation resulting from such breach.
– Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa agrees to provide the services for which the Gift Voucher was issued, in accordance with the description indicated on the website.
